Thornton Oaks Housekeeping & Maintenance

Retirement is no time to be doing housework. Matthew Terrace residents enjoy weekly housekeeping services as well as a maintenance staff to take care of all the heavy lifting.

While homeowners are welcome to do their own landscaping and gardening, our grounds crew does the bulk of the planting, pruning, mulching and mowing. Our staff also services home appliances and maintains plumbing and heating systems.

Leaves & Snow

Autumn foliage paints our community in the colors of the season, colors residents are free to enjoy while the maintenance team does all the raking. Maine winters can be lovely, especially when you don’t have to shovel. Our team takes care of that too. They’ll even clear your car of snow, if you don’t park in a carport or garage.
