Thornton Oaks. Trips are offered to the Portland Museum of Art or Boston

AT BOWDOIN COLLEGE
Audit classes at Bowdoin College, a famous liberal arts college. And enjoy
the exercise classes and free access to the college pool accorded to Thornton
Oaks residents. The Midcoast Senior College offers additional learning
opportunities, holding some of its classes at Thornton Oaks.

Mid Coast Senior
Health Center, adjacent to Thornton Oaks and accessible via a covered
walkway, provides a continuum of care available to Thornton Oaks residents.
The services include: Thornton Hall assisted living; The Garden, A Special
Place for the Memory Impaired; Mere Point long term care nursing; Bodwell,
rehabilitation and subacute care.
